Most travel sites either sell tickets or publish long stories. We chose a third path: a quiet collection of short, usable answers for the moments when a flight is cancelled, delayed, or simply no longer works. Every page here exists to reduce the time between the problem and the next practical step.

The idea grew from repeated delays, missed connections and confusing fare rules that left people scrolling through pages of general tips. Instead of adding more noise we started writing the exact sequences that usually help: how to change a date, what to do at the transfer desk, which documents matter for a refund claim. The same approach later expanded to airline rule summaries and backup routes through secondary hubs.
We do not operate as a travel agency and we do not sell tickets or make bookings ourselves. Our homepage does include a flight search tool from our partner Travelpayouts, which lets you compare flights and, if you choose to book, takes you to the airline or agency's own site to complete the purchase — we may earn a commission if that search leads to a booking, at no extra cost to you. That commission never decides which airline or route a guide recommends: our written pages are chosen and written independently of it. The site stays deliberately small so the information can stay current and specific. When a rule changes or a useful detour appears we update the relevant page rather than publishing another general article.

The content is written for people who already have a ticket and now need clear options. It is also useful before booking, when you want to understand connection risks or the real difference between fare types. In both cases the goal remains the same: fewer surprises and faster decisions.
We keep the tone direct because travel disruption is already stressful enough. You will not find motivational quotes or endless destination lists. Just the steps, the limits and the alternatives that still work when the original plan has already shifted.
